Technical Product Analyst

Vaco Technology is seeking a Business Systems Technical Analyst to serve as liaison between Information Technology and business operations, acting as Product Owner for key business applications and supporting the ERP transformation through reporting, systems analysis, data management, and workflow optimization.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for ERP, HRIS, CRM, and Time Management systems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage application upgrades, improvements, and integrations.
• Administer business system configurations, information security, user roles, and user permissions.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Gather and document requirements, workflows, standard operating procedures, and business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and application issues.

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, including Inventory, General Ledger, and Bill of Materials processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms, data warehousing, and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
• Strong collaboration skills across both technical and business teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities.
• Continuous improvement and primary cause analysis mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience supporting Business Systems or performing in a Business, Systems or Data Analysis role.
• Manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse industry experience required.

Base salary range is disclosed as required by local law. Additional discretionary bonuses may be offered. The role includes medical, dental, vision benefits and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
