Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support by troubleshooting hardware, managing access requests, and ensuring smooth operation of desktops, servers, and enterprise applications.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $41/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, applications, and devices including desktops, virtual environments, printers, and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams and ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage user access requests and maintain system security and compliance standards.
- Perform patching and maintenance of Windows workstations and servers to ensure system stability and security.
- Support Windows cybersecurity management activities and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.
- Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining professionalism, prioritizing tasks, and supporting on-call or after-hours incidents.
- High School Diploma or associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, desktop management, or infrastructure services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in Windows OS, hardware support, and basic networking.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now) and knowledge of Windows cybersecurity and patch management processes.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour
