USIC, LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist in Indianapolis to provide timely technical support for all technology needs. Responsibilities include repairing and imaging laptops and tablets, responding to inquiries, and providing Tier I support.
An Associate degree or IT certifications are required; two years' experience in end-user support preferred. This position offers a hybrid schedule, alternating between 2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks from home.
