Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part‑Time Desktop Support Technician to support our Headquarters (HQ) location. This role will provide hands‑on technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace technology experience.
Schedule & Work Arrangement- Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Location:
Onsite at HQ (fully in‑person role) - Start Date:
Targeted for July 7
- Provide walk‑in technical support for employees at HQ
- Troubleshoot and resolve conference room technology issues (audio/visual, connectivity, etc.)
- Perform break/fix support for desktops, peripherals, and related hardware
- Assist with physical workstation setups, moves, and reconfigurations
- Deliver at‑desk support to users for hardware and software issues
- Help deploy and stage equipment
- Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk roles preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a high‑touch onsite environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as equipment setup and workstation moves
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $34.00/hr.
