We are currently seeking a Sr Informational & Operational Technology Support Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Position Overview- Provide onsite in‑person technical support for end users in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Work in a well‑rounded knowledge of policies and procedures for the work area.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment for non‑routine matters, while focusing on routine tasks.
- Serve as a policy recommendation point for managers and an escalation point for less experienced team members.
- Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, printers, and tablets.
- Respond to calls after normal business hours per leadership instructions.
- Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end‑user experience and take corrective action.
- Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to resolve issues.
- Provide hands‑and‑feet support for IT and OT infrastructure, including switches, access points, gateways, routers, IP cameras, NVR, and badge readers.
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience in supporting operational infrastructure technology.

Vision and IP cameras. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environments.
- Knowledge and experience with Android OS and Apple iOS.
- Verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction on issue resolution.
- A+ desktop certification or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues.
- Excellent hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
