• Lead medium-scale projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with key stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate vendor activities when needed
• Facilitate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery processes based on project needs
• Track project progress and provide timely reporting on milestones, risks, and overall status
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Conduct stakeholder communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements are maintained
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and consistency

• 3–5 years of project management experience
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Experience working in client‑facing or consulting environments preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
