About The JobWe are representing a client who from wellness company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for Data Analyst to join the team.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and assist to lead Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Department.
- Manage and coordinate data flow between all countries and departments.
- Process feedback based on forms received that are related to company EDP system.
- Monitor bi-weekly commission payout accurately and timely.
- Generate promotion code for each promotion campaign.
- Manage and update all raw data for future reports usage.
- Must be expert in using Microsoft Excel and Formulas to generate reports.
- Prepare reports for management on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience as Data Analyst/ Electronic Data Processing.
- Preferably from Direct Selling Company/ MLM Company.
- Critical Thinking
- Good communication in English and Mandarin (Due to Business Nature)
