Client Systems Engineer - Hybrid

The Client Systems Engineer delivers high‑quality engineering, support, and administration of enterprise endpoint environments across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies, including Intune, EntraID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and CloudPCs.

• Deliver advanced technical support, resolve escalated incidents, and participate in on‑call rotation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles
• Support enterprise client infrastructure, including:
  • Windows operating systems
  • Enterprise hardware standards
  • Application delivery and packaging
  • Asset lifecycle management
  • Multifunction devices and enterprise printing
• Administer and maintain:
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • MECM/SCCM
  • Bit Locker
  • Microsoft
    365 and modern endpoint platforms (Intune, EntraID, Azure Virtual Desktop, CloudPCs)
• Deploy and integrate software using MECM and Intune

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years of customer service experience required
• Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required
• Experience with endpoint management and device administration, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), JAMF Mobile Device Management, MECM/SCCM, and Intune highly preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise client environments, including Print management solutions such as Paper Cut preferred
• This is a hybrid role requiring on‑site presence at least one (1) day per week, with additional in‑person attendance as needed based on business and team requirements
• Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as required to support infrastructure, deployments, and project needs
• Participation in an on‑call rotation is required, including occasional evening and weekend support
