Job Shift: Day

• Create and maintain internal SharePoint sites and Power Automate flows, along with related security.
• Create and maintain accounts and manage Separation of Duties requirements in Oracle EBS and other systems.
• Maintain the purchasing hierarchy and workflow for Oracle Purchasing.
• Assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in Oracle EBS and other systems.
• Provide end-user support and training in Oracle as needed.
• Support implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including occasional off-hours project work.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables to ensure successful completion of IT projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for key metrics, system configurations, and workflows.
• Manage support mailboxes used for business processes and audit records.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

• 4-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable technology degree.
• 2 years post graduate experience working in the IT profession.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Strong user and administration level skills in the Microsoft Office environment, with emphasis on SharePoint (configuration, permissions, administration), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge.
• Proficiency working with complex data structures and relational databases.
• Proficiency using SQL to write and execute queries.
• Experience writing and maintaining software programs.
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with application-level security and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Experience supporting business functions and application users such as Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, etc.
• Experience supporting portions of an ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties and compensating controls.
• Experience leading small to medium projects.
• Experience working with users to define and document business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely and in-person.
