In this role, you will lead technical and commercial pre-sales activities, own customer interactions, deliver impactful demos, and support RFx responses, POCs, and solution design. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping expand our installed base and win new opportunities.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements, from discovery through solution positioning to deal closure support
  • Run structured discovery sessions, identifying business needs, use cases, and decision criteria
  • Deliver and own customer-facing presentations, demos, and workshops with clear, value-driven messaging
  • Take ownership of RFx responses, POCs, and solution design, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
  • Partner closely with Sales to shape opportunities, identify risks, and contribute to winning strategies
  • Manage multiple opportunities in parallel, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Build strong expertise in Cognyte solutions, architecture, and integrations, and apply it in customer contexts

What we're looking for

  • Experience in pre-sales / solution engineering (4+ years – advantage)
  • Strong customer-facing, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of activities and deliverables
  • Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor within defined engagements
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (30-40%)
  • French speaking is a big advantage
