- Location: Butlerville, Indiana

SURVICE Engineering is seeking a logistics professional who will play a key role in operations management within the defense community. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day program activities and staff, managing support for the Muscatatuck Training Center Advanced Cyber Center, and coordinating sponsor/customer requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee execution of day‑to‑day program activities and staff, including operation, maintenance, and development of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center – Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC‑TTE).
- Manage and provide MACC‑TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements.
- Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations, including functional elements within the installation.
- Establish responsibilities, set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects.
- Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
- Be prepared to perform duties for the Program Manager, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or senior‑level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior DoD personnel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training; strong project management skills, planning, executing, evaluating, and leading cyber training programs.
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
- Must have TS clearance, SCI eligible.
