Senior Business Analyst- Quote Management - RDT Diagnostics Commercial Operations; North America

Position

North America Functional Lead – Quote Management.

• Act as the primary Quote Management IT representative and trusted consultant for commercial leadership.
• Gather complex commercial requirements across quoting, contracting, and adjacent processes, translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Perform functional architecture, proposing solutions within the boundaries of existing systems.
• Execute hands‑on configuration and adaptation, and drive regional roll‑outs for business priorities.
• Own scope definition and change control, managing significant scope changes to ensure strategic alignment and minimal delivery disruption.
• Lead QM regional IT initiatives, partnering with global teams for technical delivery.
• Define acceptance criteria, design test scenarios, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide hands‑on support for data and configuration adjustments, guiding business stakeholders on master data.
• Act as direct technical liaison, bridging affiliate business needs and our global/offshore managed services.
• Proactively identify business needs and propose high‑impact technical solutions.
• Align regional Q2C processes with system‑supported global standards, constructively challenge local deviations while advocating legitimate regional needs.
• Partner closely with IT leads and business leads on strategic prioritization and orient demand toward delivering highest value.
• Support change management by providing training content, user documentation, and ongoing technical guidance to enable smooth business adoption.

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role in enterprise IT, preferably in commercial operations, CPQ, or Q2C domains.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Quote‑to‑Contract (Q2C), Configure‑Price‑Quote (CPQ), and Commercial Sales domains.
• Proven track record of managing complex BA work streams independently, driving regional roll‑outs, and executing localization system configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships at multiple levels, with excellent communication skills bridging business and technical language.
• Experience in matrixed, global organizations with distributed delivery teams; self‑starter capable of operating independently.

• Hands‑on experience with Conga CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) is highly beneficial.
• Experience with SAP SD/CRM or Apttus is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira for agile delivery and exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a nice‑to‑have.
• Professional BA certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA AAC, IREB) is preferred.

On‑site position in Indianapolis. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Indianapolis, is between $118,700–$220,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
