Executive Director of HRIS

Insight Global is hiring for an Executive Director over the Oracle HCM platform supporting a large hospital system in Indiana. This role is hybrid, requiring monthly travel to Indiana (covered). This role is going to start as a 12 month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent for the right person.

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM (no specific certs required)
• Proven ability to operate at:
• Both technical + functional capacity

• Provide executive-level oversight of Oracle HCM
• Optimize current state of system and processes
• Ability to be a functional leader (HR alignment, process improvement)
• Ability to be a technical SME (deep Oracle HCM understanding, not developing)
• Proven ability to work closely with leadership to navigate Oracle landscape and strategy
• Work closely with Oracle on use cases and strategy around customization and optimization

Insight Global is seeking an Oracle HCM Executive Director to support one of our largest healthcare clients in Indiana. This individual will serve as a functional leader focused on improving HR alignment, optimizing processes, and driving overall system effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level Oracle HCM leader who has successfully stepped into complex enterprise environments to bridge gaps between HR stakeholders and technical teams, enhancing system adoption and performance. They will bring deep platform expertise and a strong functional perspective, translating business needs into actionable system improvements while partnering with Oracle and internal leadership.
