Responsibilities

  • Responsible for successful delivery of Workday solutions for clients
  • Manage implementation of global Workday programs from pre‑sales to handover
  • Act as key client interface between functional/technical teams and clients
  • Manage all delivery aspects including project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead blended teams of colleagues, clients, and partners to share knowledge
  • Identify requirements, business processes, and document artefacts for shared understanding
  • Create well‑structured deliverables and present recommendations to clients
  • Identify opportunities to win business and negotiate at a senior client level
Requirements
  • Established manager of systems implementations with direct experience in IT solutions delivery
  • Full lifecycle project management experience
  • Two years of experience with a consulting / IT services environment
  • Strong commercial management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer focus with relationship management skills
  • Strong communicator with presentation skills to senior clients
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Demonstrable success in identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to provide effective pre‑sales support as required
  • Sound commercial judgment and track record in executing contracts
  • Commercial experience of running a team and managing distributed teams
  • Good team player with a willingness to mentor and lead
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and improvement
