Office Support Specialist

IDR is seeking a
Office Support Specialist
to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Batesville, Indiana. This role involves supporting insurance processing operations within a professional environment. The position is ideal for individuals with basic office skills looking to transition into a corporate setting.

• Primary responsibility is printing and assembling insurance applications and policies
• Opening and sorting mail based on documented special-handling requirements
• Making copies of all applications issued
• Conducting quality review of applications and policy print
• Assembling policies within 1-2 business days of issuance, following state and/or firm specific guidelines

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong time management skills
• Excellent attendance and ability to work regular overtime
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
