At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting. We unite caring with discovery to help make life better for people around the world, knowing that every decision, every detail, and every day matters. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, our over 50,000 employees around the globe take on complex challenges to discover and deliver life-changing medicines, strengthen how health is understood and managed, and support the communities we serve.
This is hard, urgent, selfless work—but it’s work worth doing. If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.
In 1992, Eli Lilly and Company established the Delivery Device business for the purpose of creating, developing, launching and continuously improving proprietary delivery device systems. This business is unique to the broader Lilly Research Labs organization due to its focus on patient centereddelivery system solutions, its innovative approach to delivery platforms utilizing both internal and external technologies, and its level of integration with the commercial groups and Business Units.
The DDCS organization leverages many alliances in design and manufacturing to rapidly convert proprietary product concepts into products that meet the users’ needs and intended uses.
The Delivery Device and Connected Systems (DDCS) group is looking for a candidate who can serve as the Business Analytics Data Lead for DDCS portfolio reporting and insights. This role is accountable for pulling and integrating data from key sources, translating it into clear business meaning, and creating executive‑ready narratives that inform decisions. The person in this role will proactively highlight risk areas (e.g., portfolio health, resource constraints, schedule risk, and operational bottlenecks) and recommend actions based on data.
This role is a hands‑on “doer” role—owning the work of building analyses, dashboards, and recurring insights—not just coordinating it. The role reports to a leader who serves as the connector to external functions and senior leaders; the Business Analytics Data Lead ensures leadership has high‑quality, accurate, and decision‑relevant insights on DDCS portfolio performance.
