• Collaborate closely with IT and other relevant teams to integrate Signavio into existing business systems and applications.
• Work with various departments to map, analyze, and document business processes using Signavio.
• Develop, model, and optimize process models to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and conduct process workshops and trainings to enable stakeholders to use Signavio.
• Manage and administer the Signavio platform, including user management, configuration, and system maintenance.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of the Signavio environment.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Signavio.

• Strong technical and business understanding with relevant experience in a similar role.
• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• High IT affinity with practical experience in Signavio.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to analyze and optimize internal business processes.
• Initial experience in project and process management, ideally in an industrial company.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and implementation capability.
• Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
