Technical Analyst (Communications & Customer Analytics)

The Technical Analyst partners with Digital Customer Experience, Communications, and business stakeholders to develop reporting and analytics that provide actionable insights into customer engagement and digital performance. This role leverages Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Google Analytics, Google Tags, and Power BI to build dashboards, define KPIs, and support data-driven decision making.

• Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  , Power BI, and other reporting tools to measure customer journey and marketing performance.
• Define KPI standards, reporting governance, and documentation.
• Analyze customer engagement and web analytics data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and recommendations to improve customer experience.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Google Analytics, Google Tags, and/or Power BI preferred.
• Experience building dashboards, KPI reporting, and customer analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
