Service Now Implementation Specialist
Role OverviewA Service Now Implementation Specialist configures, customizes, and deploys the Service
Now platform, requiring core competencies in system administration,module configuration, and client communication. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery.
- Requirements Gathering: Talk with business groups to find out what they need.
- Platform Configuration: Build and set up core modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- System Integration: Connect Service Now with other software tools using Integration Hub.
- Testing and Deployment: Runtests to make sure workflows run smoothly before launch.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+years working with the Service Now platform, with prior experience at govern mentor federal agencies/contractors
- Certifications: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) credentials.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication abilities.
