Test Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Test Lead to support a large-scale enterprise data migration and transformation program. This individual will lead all testing activities, define test strategy and execution plans, coordinate across multiple work streams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality migration outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience leading testing efforts for complex data migration projects and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience
• Strong background creating and executing enterprise-level test strategies and test plans
• Proven experience leading testing activities for data migration and/or data transformation projects
• Experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong defect management, risk management, and quality assurance experience
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive testing timelines and quality outcomes within complex project environments Workday implementation or migration experience
• Experience testing HR, Payroll, ERP, or Workday integrations
• Experience validating large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Informatica, or enterprise data platforms
