Meriplex is seeking a Systems Analyst to support its Technical Assistance Center in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on Level 1 end-user issue resolution, desk-side assistance, and application support within our TAC environment.
You will work onsite supporting a Meriplex client, handling basic OS and network issues, AD navigation, and ticketed requests while following SOPs to ensure timely service delivery.
