Location: Indianapolis
- Responsible for applying and integrating advanced statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) function
- Assists with strategic initiatives of data analysis, systems data sets, and advanced data sources
- Develops leading edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies within the AI function
- Collaborates and publishes research in high impact peer-reviewed scientific journals or external conferences to make significant contributions to the AI community
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent degree
- 10 or more years of experience; or any combination of education and experience in configuration management, which would provide an equivalent background
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and MCP highly preferred
- Experience creating Agents, Multi-Agent reasoning and Multi-Agent architecture highly preferred
Demonstrates expertise in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and business analysis within the Artificial Intelligence domain. Proficient in developing innovative theories and techniques while collaborating on impactful research in the AI community.
