Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 Depending on Experience and Education

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Training and Development Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

• Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Training and Development Manager will:
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and outside organizations to identify training requirements and develop effective training objectives.
• Develop and coordinate training schedules, materials, and resources.
• Assist in the development of realistic operational scenarios to support cyber training objectives.
• Support the integration of technologies, networking, cellular systems, and infrastructure into training environments.

High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
• Minimum 5 years of supervising experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with a leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.
• Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
