Location: McCordsville
Nine Star Connect is seeking a Support Center Technician to deliver telephone, email, and click-to-chat technical support for phone, dial-up, TV, and broadband internet customers. You will troubleshoot, answer questions, resolve service issues, and process customer information with a focus on exceptional service for our members and call-partners.
In this role you will provide Tier 1 support, create and close trouble tickets, monitor outages, and assist with pre-installation orders.
