USIC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to ensure timely technology support for USIC employees. The role includes repairing and imaging laptops/tablets in the Imaging Lab at the Corporate Office and providing Tier I support across the organization.
The position requires an Associate degree or IT certifications (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, and at least two years of end-user support experience. Hybrid work arrangement offered near Indianapolis.
