Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers using our products and services. The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving technical queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Log, track, and manage support tickets until resolution
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Follow SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience
