Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant to support an ongoing HCM optimization initiative for a retail client. This role will be focused on implementing recommendations specific to Time and Attendance processes and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current Time Tracking setup and identify areas for improvement
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent Management, Core HCM, and Compensation
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations
• Provide guidance and best practices to ensure effective use of Workday Time and Attendance features

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking
• Ability to implement enhancements and optimize existing Time and Attendance configurations
• Experience working in a post-implementation support or optimization capacity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
