IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment experiencing increased demand for technology support services. This position will play a critical role in supporting end users, maintaining device functionality, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Provide onsite end-user support for a large manufacturing facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and close support tickets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support approximately 500 users and 200 devices in collaboration with a small technical support team.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and peripheral equipment.
• Assist with printer setup, device troubleshooting, and workstation support.
• Deliver excellent customer service while communicating effectively with users at all levels.
• Contribute to ongoing IT operations and support initiatives across the site.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support role within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, or large-scale operational environment preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and end-user applications.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience supporting modern desktop operating systems.
• Knowledge of productivity and collaboration platforms.
• Hardware deployment, configuration, and maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Level: Expert Level

This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, IN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
