- Serve as a Linux Subject Matter Expert with strong L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Provide advanced technical support for mission-critical Linux environments.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Linux clustering and high-availability environments.
- Automate Linux administration and configuration management using Ansible.
- Possess working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Collaborate effectively with application, infrastructure, network, storage, and security teams.
- Provide L3-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in mission-critical environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across:
- Operating systems.
- Performance.
- Storage.
- Networking.
- Applications.
- Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments.
- Ensure high availability and business continuity of clustered Linux systems.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Automate system administration and configuration management tasks using Ansible.
- Develop and maintain automation processes for operational efficiency.
- Implement system hardening and security best practices.
- Perform Linux patching and operating system upgrades.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with security and operational standards.
- Perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify performance or capacity issues.
- Collaborate with:
- Application teams.
- Network teams.
- Storage teams.
- Security teams.
- Infrastructure teams.
- Support cloud-based Linux workloads in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Provide support for AWS services, including:

- Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
