We are seeking a strategic SAP S/4

HANA Finance Architect to drive finance transformation, migration, and implementation projects for our clients . This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role focused on implementation, not day-to-day support activities .

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementation and migration projects (ECC to S/4
  
  HANA) using methodologies like SAP Activate .
• Serve as a strategic leader and client-facing expert, conducting workshops with business stakeholders, designing "to be" processes, and ensuring client buy-in .
• Engage in pre-sales activities, conceptualizing solutions, and generating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for potential clients .
• Design and implement advanced finance solutions using advanced analytics, including Python and machine learning, for applications such as high-accuracy reconciliation models .
• Provide techno-functional expertise, covering SAP FICO modules (A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis) and managing technical teams for customizations and enhancements .
• Manage onshore and offshore teams and coordinate project activities .

• Extensive SAP FICO experience (14+ years preferred, 20+ years cited on some candidates), with a strong background in S/4

• Proficiency in S/4
  
  HANA 2022 and ECC 6.0, with expertise in areas like Product Costing (CO-PC), Actual Costing, Material Ledger, FSCM, and Asset Accounting . 6
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential for the rigorous interview process .
• Willingness to relocate to Carmel, IN, or Atlanta, GA . Relocation to the area is expected within 2 months of joining.
• Openness to 30-70% travel, including weekly travel initially until relocation is complete .

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results.(Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
