Role Description

The Insurance Sales Representative role is a part-time, on-site position located in Corydon, IN. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored policy recommendations, and driving sales of insurance products. The representative will also assist clients with customer service inquiries and work closely with the team to meet sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Sales skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the insurance or sales industry is preferred
• Licensure or certification in insurance sales may be required, depending on state regulations
