As a Supple mentor at Trojan Roofing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the maximum benefits from their insurance claims. This entry‑level position does not require prior experience, as we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.

• Review and analyze insurance claims and estimates.
• Prepare and submit supplemental documentation to insurance companies.
• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and customers.
• Follow up on pending supplements and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all supplements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless claim processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
