At Xceedance, you will work with experienced insurance professionals and use digital tools to improve claims processes, deliver accurate assessments, and support better outcomes for clients and policyholders.

We are seeking experienced Field Claims Appraisers (1099) to handle disputed property claims in the Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Chicago areas, as well as Northern Virginia

• Investigate, evaluate, and estimate property damage
• Contact insured’s appraiser within 24 hours and schedule inspections per carrier guidelines
• Complete on-site inspections within 30 days
• Negotiate settlements and produce detailed, accurate reports

• 6+ years of property field adjusting experience
• Active adjuster license
• Strong construction knowledge and Xactimate proficiency (active Xact Net address required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet strict cycle times
• Willingness to climb roofs and pass a background check

• Dispute resolution and appraisal experience
