Priority Risk Management is seeking a Commercial Lines Risk Manager to manage, retain, and grow an assigned book of commercial insurance clients.
This role is responsible for renewals, client service, coverage reviews, remarketing, account growth, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts
- Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, audits, and other service requests
- Review client exposures and identify coverage gaps
- Recommend appropriate coverage, limits, and endorsements
- Remarketing accounts when necessary
- Prepare and review applications, quotes, proposals, and carrier submissions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Identify cross-sell, account-rounding, and referral opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems and CRM
- Coordinate with producers, support staff, underwriters, and claims personnel
- Review delegated work for accuracy and completeness
- Meet established retention, service, revenue, and performance goals
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Commercial insurance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Experience with renewals, remarketing, endorsements, certificates, and account servicing
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using agency management systems, CRM platforms, carrier portals, and other technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment
- Client-focused and responsive
