Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional
Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional to support our growing commercial insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative agency culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Process policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, renewals, and cancellations
- Respond promptly to client questions and coverage requests
- Assist producers with account management and retention efforts
- Market accounts and communicate with insurance carriers as needed
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system
- Help deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS
360, or similar is a plus - Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
