• Identify new opportunities to help individuals and families secure the coverage they need for their homes, vehicles, and lives.
• Walk clients through complex insurance concepts, ensuring they feel empowered by their choices.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to make sure our clients’ coverage keeps pace with their changing lives.
• Maintain active relationships with existing policyholders, serving as their primary point of contact for questions and guidance.
• Participate in local community events to build awareness and share our commitment to helpful service.

• Active Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Active Indiana Life & Health insurance license.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing advisory role.
• Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software systems.
• A clear, confident, and professional communication style.
• Ability to network and connect with people in the Crawfordsville community.
