- Work with English Language Learners
- Must be proficient in written and oral communications in both English and Spanish
- Ability to translate documents between languages
- Interpret orally from English to Spanish and vice versa during conferences
- Assist Spanish-speaking students and their families with enrollment, if necessary
- Ability to work in a virtual environment when school is canceled due to inclement weather, etc.
- Demonstrates sincere desire to assist students in small group and whole class setting
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Must be willing to take direction from and support classroom teachers
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Good attendance is essential
- Must be able to handle a variety of duties, assignments, and tasks
