Job Details
Job Title: Interpreter/Translator
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Berne, IN
Work status: Perm/Full time 7:30 – 16:00, 40h/week
Others: Relocation support is considerable for applicable candidates
Responsibilities- Interpret in various meetings and daily communications in an office and manufacturing environment
- Translate documents (English/Japanese)
- Ensure the meaning, feeling, intent of the original text and technical terms are accurately transmitted without distortion, omissions or additions
- Engineering Project Support
- Production Kaizen Support
- Expat family support
- HR/ Admin
- English and Japanese bilingual (English at an idiomatic level is preferred)
- Interpretation and translation experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to work in a team environment
