Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its medical malpractice defense practice in the Indianapolis office. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex, high-exposure matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Indiana with 2+ years of civil litigation experience (medical malpractice or healthcare defense experience preferred)
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced practice
