We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal to support a rapidly growing practice focused on extraordinary ability and treaty-based matters
, including EB‑1A, O‑1A, E‑1, and E‑2 visas
.

This role is drafting-heavy (approximately 80%) and designed for someone who can make an immediate impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident managing 20–25 cases concurrently, works independently with minimal supervision, and thrives in a scaling practice.

This position is remote-friendly (or hybrid for Austin-based candidates).
