Litigation Attorney

Boesen & Snow Law is a well-established health and pharmacy law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ and Indianapolis, IN. We represent individual healthcare providers as well as corporations involved in healthcare delivery and support. Our team includes 11 attorneys, three pharmacists, and 15 professional staff members. We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our in-person team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused practice. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions
• Manage deadlines, court filings, and case progression with minimal supervision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
• Support regulatory and healthcare-related matters as needed

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Barred in Indiana or eligible to become barred
• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Litigation experience within a healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to work full-time, in person, in Indianapolis, IN

• Salary Range: $133,000 – $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
