Job Details

Support attorneys throughout all phases of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, including case intake, discovery, and trial preparation

Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing documentation, and case files

Draft correspondence, discovery responses, subpoenas, and legal documents

Coordinate with clients, medical providers, courts, and expert witnesses

Maintain case calendars, deadlines, filings, and ensure accurate documentation management
