Civil Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

A respected mid-sized litigation firm is looking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about advocating for plaintiffs.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all stages of civil litigation matters
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research
• Draft and argue motions, including extensive motion practice
• Manage discovery and active case strategy
• Participate in hearings in Indiana and other jurisdictions
• Opportunity to “first-chair” hearings based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong understanding of litigation procedure, evidence rules, and court practice
• Genuine commitment to plaintiff advocacy

This role is full-time and onsite. The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 – $150,000 (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
