A company is looking for an Appellate Immigration Attorney to represent immigrants in appellate and federal court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities Represent clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal courts, including case strategy development and legal research Provide supervision and mentorship to other legal team members on habeas petitions and appeals Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and assist in maintaining a democratically-run organization
Required Qualifications License to practice law in the United States 3+ years of relevant appellate work experience California bar membership is a bonus Admission to the 9th Circuit Court is a bonus Ability to engage in multiple roles and responsibilities
