A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to lead high-exposure cases in insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team
Required Qualifications JD from an ABA approved school Active bar license in the State of Nevada 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
