A company is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (Spanish - English).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS Develop and execute legal strategies while staying updated on immigration law changes Participate in community outreach and conduct legal consultations with potential clients
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of attorney experience in immigration law Active US Bar license Bilingual in Spanish and English IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite and immigration case management systems Demonstrated commitment to the rights of immigrants and a strong growth mindset
