Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia Minimum one year of experience in SSD/SSI hearings
Experience with Appeals Council briefs preferred Commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved populations
