Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year

• Manage plaintiff‑side medical malpractice cases from intake through settlement or trial, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Evaluate medical records, consult with expert witnesses, and develop litigation strategy to establish breach of standard of care
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances in state and federal courts
• Maintain consistent client communication while providing compassionate counsel during complex legal matters
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, medical experts, and support staff to ensure efficient case progression and successful outcomes
