Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment. Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate with prior legal experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file legal documents with the Bankruptcy Court.
  • Maintain electronic client files and case management systems.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and required documentation.
  • Draft correspondence and legal pleadings.
  • Review financial documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, creditors, and court personnel.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely filings.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with general case management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client's case.
Qualifications
  • Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred.
  • Bankruptcy experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
