Attorney – Foreclosure

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
• Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.
• Assist in preparation in advance of appearances.
• Collaborate with members of the state team.
• Actively participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting.

• J.D., licensed in Indiana and in good standing in all jurisdictions
• Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrates strong legal drafting and review capabilities, with a focus on organizational skills and effective communication. Proven ability to collaborate within a team and manage case logistics efficiently.
